For example, Testingpoint sends an email and verifies the reception to test the email server. The software provides a user-friendly interface and you can set up a test interval of as little as one second. To receive SMS alerts, you must set up an online-account in the software. Testingpoint can be downloaded here. It runs on all Windows? OS, including Windows Vista. The software is also available for Linux, Unix and Mac-OS.
